Checking In: January 23, 2016

It's been a while since the last blogpost, so we wanted to reassure everyone that we aren't (quite) dead yet.  Development entered a bit of a hiatus over the holidays, but it has since started to ramp back up.

Since the last progress report, there have been many minor changes and a couple of larger ones.  The programmatically generated masturbation diary text mentioned in the previous blogpost has had quite a lot of additional work put into it, mostly to add flavor and variety.  The code was also refactored to support third-person text, so on schooldays during which random events do not occur, the son will now sometimes daydream sexual thoughts about his classmates, teacher, or mother.  The sentences the generator spits out can still be a bit clumsy, but hopefully you'll agree with me that they're all at least somewhat erotic.

Our artist's drawings are in the process of being implemented, and things are looking promising.  Every morning, the mom picks out a semi-random selection of clothing to wear for the day, so as more art gets created, we'll start to see an exponential increase in variety as she mixes and matches articles from different sets.  Each garment sprite also has a chance to get tinted one of several handpicked colors, hopefully adding to the diversity of her possible outfits.  Tinting can be disabled for apparel that should not change colors (such as cosplay onepieces or leather wristbands).  The idea is that players will eventually be able to unlock outfits in-game, which will then be added to the mom's pool of available clothing.

Thank you so much for your support and interest!
